Coordinate rental logistics in La Prairie with fleet management, transportation scheduling, and client service at ATCO Structures. This is a full-time permanent, in-office position.

As Logistics Coordinator, you will support ATCO Structures’ rental space operations from start to finish. Your work covers regional lease fleet management, mobilization and demobilization scheduling, transportation inquiries, inventory reconciliation, service calls, and vendor capacity. You will also complete administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain fleet availability lists and utilization reports
- Schedule routes, deliveries, and rental item collections
- Coordinate equipment repairs, renovations, and upgrades
- Issue Bills of Lading and maintain transportation logs
- Resolve transportation challenges and client inquiries

Requirements:

- Two to four years’ logistics or supply chain experience
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Robust organization, detail, and multitasking abilities
- Logistics software and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Flexibility under changing priorities and pressure
