Use your plumbing and gasfitting expertise to protect Resident Member health, comfort, and safety while responding to service calls effectively. This position requires field-based service and tablet administration.

The Journeyman Plumber plans, installs, tests, adjusts, services, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems. Responsibilities include natural gas and propane equipment, piping systems, fixtures, controls, and hydronic heating. Daily communication with the Leader and timely customer service support are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to plumbing service calls promptly and effectively
- Install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and controls
- Service natural gas and propane equipment




- Maintain and repair existing plumbing systems
- Complete required administration using a tablet

Requirements:

- Valid Journeyman Certificate or Red Seal Plumber endorsement
- Gasfitter B certification
- Three years residential or commercial experience
- Hydronic heating experience and valid driver's license
- English communication skills and ability to lift over 25 kilograms
