Coordinate refrigeration projects from Black & McDonald’s Stoney Creek office using AutoCAD, project documentation, and customer service skills. Support technical requests across Southwest Ontario.

The Project Coordinator supports the Refrigeration Projects team under the Refrigeration Project Supervisor. This role coordinates schedules, resources, equipment, access, documentation, and inspections while supporting customers, supervisors, and employees. It also contributes to sustainability initiatives, energy programs, drawings, estimates, and account management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sold refrigeration projects under supervisor direction
- Schedule work, resources, manpower, equipment, and client access
- Prepare project documents, manuals, warranty letters, and TSSA binders




- Support energy programs, sustainability initiatives, and related training
- Create and manage AutoCAD drawings and asset inventories

Requirements:

- One to three years of project coordination experience
- Post-secondary technical or building trades education is an asset
- Proficiency using AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of HVAC&R;, electrical systems, and construction practices
- Understanding of TSSA requirements within the refrigeration industry
