Premium VIP hospitality interns support exceptional experiences across MLSE teams, venues and live events. Gain hands-on exposure to hospitality, service excellence and commercial initiatives.

This internship sits within MLSE’s Premium & VIP Experiences team. You will work across sports and entertainment properties, supporting exclusive programs, premium spaces and guest experiences. The role also includes research, innovation and collaboration with leadership and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support planning and execution of Premium & VIP experiences
- Assist VIP member and guest servicing
- Research global hospitality and experiential industry best practices
- Support premium seating and in-venue event experiences




- Maintain VIP membership information, reporting and program insights

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a related university or college program
- Passion for sports, entertainment, hospitality and exceptional experiences
- Solid organization, communication and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, discretion and professional judgment
- Availability for select evenings, weekends and events

Build practical experience in premium hospitality, VIP servicing and live-event operations across MLSE teams, venues and brands.
