Lead employee relations and workforce effectiveness as Human Resources Manager at Cascades’ St. Marys Containerboard Packaging facility.

This Human Resources Manager partners with operational leaders and employees in a 24/7 manufacturing workplace. The role supports culture, engagement, leadership capability, recruitment, and employee development. It also covers benefits, labor relations, workforce planning, and annual human resources programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise managers on employee relations, coaching, performance, and investigations
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
- Support onboarding, development, retention, and recognition initiatives
- Administer benefits and communicate programs to employees




- Maintain production-floor presence and support employee matters

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum three years’ progressive human resources experience
- Manufacturing, industrial, or unionized environment experience
- Knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation
- Proficiency with MS365 applications and HRIS systems
