The Jays Care Foundation seeks a Specialist, Challenger Baseball to design, deliver, and grow national programming. You will support communities facing barriers, train leaders, and strengthen physical and mental health outcomes for youth. The work connects volunteers, organizations, and baseball associations through inclusive sport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Challenger Baseball programs across Canada
- Train coaches and adapt drills for inclusive play
- Build relationships with community program leaders
- Deliver workshops for youth and adult leaders
- Travel 30% for events and hands-on training
Requirements:
- Community-level baseball program experience
- Understanding of volunteerism and disability inclusion
- Experience facilitating adult training workshops
- Robust PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Teams skills
- Valid G Driver’s License and travel willingness
