Insight Global seeks a Component Repair Bench Fitter for a large Energy client. You will restore gas turbine components through polishing, paint touch-ups, thread insert replacement, and bolt removal. The work supports repair and overhaul operations while coordinating with machinists and engineering on recent repair instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform minor repairs on gas turbine components and modules
- Polish, touch up paint, and finish critical components
- Replace thread inserts, studs, and mechanical fittings
- Remove broken or seized bolts using hand tools
- Support machinists and engineering with repair instructions

Requirements:

- Trade school diploma in Machining or Mechanical Assembly
- At least one year of hands-on mechanical experience
- Hand-tool experience in repair, assembly, or machining
- French-speaking ability
- Evening-shift availability after initial day-shift training
