Apptoza Inc. is seeking an IVR Automation Tester focused on QA automation for Contact Centre CCaaS programs. Cyara Velocity is the primary tool, with Genesys Cloud CX preferred.

The role requires robust experience in IVR functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across customer journeys and call flows. The tester will design, execute, and maintain automated IVR test cases in Cyara Velocity, validating menus, prompts, DTMF, speech recognition, and call routing scenarios.
