Position: Senior Industrial Trades and Maintenance Expert

Compensation: $20 - $60/hour
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review and interpret mechanical installation drawings and specialty trade plans
- Analyze field diagrams and inspection sketches for clarity and accuracy
- Examine pest control layouts and textile production schematics for compliance
- Answer trade-specific questions with detailed technical justifications
- Deliver structured, written responses aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate with project coordinators on document review assignments
- Provide insights to enhance the accuracy of modeled processes
Requirements
- Solid years of experience in industrial trades
- Proficiency in interpreting various technical documents and schematics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills emphasized on clarity
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with expert guidance experience
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables remotely
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and document-sharing platforms
- Journeyman or licensure status in relevant trades preferred
