Lead application modernization and cloud migration as a Cloud Solution Architect with Canada Life in Toronto, Winnipeg, or London. Design scalable solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

This permanent full-time role leads application transformation initiatives across Canada Life. You will assess enterprise applications, create future-state architectures, and guide implementation using cloud-native technologies. The work spans modernization roadmaps, DevOps, microservices, and API-driven design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate legacy applications and identify modernization opportunities
- Develop roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Lead application cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Design scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native architectures




- Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in IT, including 3+ years leading modernization and migration
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native technologies
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
- Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills
