This Project Manager joins the corporate engineering team supporting facility upgrades, equipment redesign, and line modifications. You will manage major manufacturing projects while coordinating stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and plant personnel. The work includes technical oversight, governance, safety, and operational problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project scopes, CAD layouts, budgets, and schedules
- Manage $3M-$30M capital project execution
- Coordinate issues affecting budgets, timelines, and performance
- Prioritize food safety and health and safety




- Coach junior direct reports and plant personnel

Requirements:

- 8+ years capital project management in manufacturing
- Skilled Engineering Designation, P.Eng.
- Experience designing processes for food manufacturing
- Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and health requirements
- Experience managing consultants and contractors successfully
