Lead accounts receivable analysis at HUB through advanced Excel, discrepancy investigation, and accurate reporting supporting revenue and billing activities.

This full-time role manages account-related activities affecting revenue, accounts receivable, premium payables, carriers, and clients. You will analyze data, investigate variances, resolve open items, and prepare reports for unit leaders and business teams. Collaboration with operations, leadership, client service teams, and HFC supports consistent processes across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage activities affecting revenue, receivables, payables, carriers, and clients
- Create and distribute monthly open activity reports
- Investigate complex activities and resolve discrepancies accurately
- Prepare EMT, dashboard, and ad hoc reports




- Support accounting inquiries, invoicing, and advanced premium payments

Requirements:

- Two to five years in analytical, billing, or account-focused work
- Hands-on accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, or billing experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookups
- Ability to create accurate reports supporting business decisions
- Solid organization, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
