Inspect homes and solve pest problems as a Junior Technician with Insight Pest Solutions in Duncan, BC, using diagnosis and customer service skills.

This full-time, permanent position serves homeowners through inspections, treatments, service reports, and prevention recommendations. You will represent Insight professionally while identifying pests, entry points, and infestations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PT, for approximately 40 hours weekly, with overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect homes inside and outside for pests and entry points
- Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
- Complete service reports detailing work and products used
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Recommend solutions preventing future pest issues

Requirements:

- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Solid communication and interpersonal customer relationship skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be 21 or older to operate company vehicle
