This Dishwasher position supports clean, orderly kitchen operations in Toronto. You will sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, trays, and utensils while maintaining kitchen areas and equipment. The work includes polishing silver, cleaning food preparation surfaces, removing trash, and transferring supplies or equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
- Polish silver using assigned machines, chemical dip, and hand cloth
- Maintain dish areas, kitchen equipment, and safety standards
- Wash food preparation surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and worktables
- Remove trash and steam clean or hose garbage cans

Requirements:

- Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
- Industrial washing machine experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
