Maintain reliable plant equipment at Precision Record Pressing in Oakville using mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting expertise. Work full time on rotating day and afternoon shifts.

This Maintenance Technician supports safe, efficient operation across a vinyl record pressing facility. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance while diagnosing programmable logic controllers, control systems, sensors, and related equipment. The position works closely with Production to reduce downtime and supports maintenance employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive equipment maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues
- Support Production requirements and reduce equipment downtime




- Train and coach other Maintenance employees
- Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately

Requirements:

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Three years’ experience with PLCs and control systems
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and equipment manuals
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
