Lead bilingual human resources support for Stella-Jones across Ontario, combining labor relations expertise with hands-on operational HR guidance. This hybrid position anchors in Gormley or Shelburne.

As an experienced Human Resources Manager, you will support manufacturing and corporate operations across Eastern Canada. You will advise plant leadership and operational client groups across seven unionized and non-unionized facilities. Your work includes talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead talent acquisition for assigned operational and administrative client groups
- Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues
- Conduct employee investigations and maintain accurate employee records




- Support onboarding, training, benefits, compensation, and performance processes
- Provide monthly HR reporting, statistics, and compliance support

Requirements:

- Six or more years of human resources experience
- Skilled bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Human resources experience in unionized environments
- Manufacturing experience and multi-site experience preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 35 to 40 percent
