Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager supports daily operations, team development, and store performance. You will monitor KPIs, strengthen customer service, and contribute to a culture of engagement and excellence. Fashion knowledge and sales leadership are central to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach team members and maintain an active sales-floor presence
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Manage inventory,



compliance, merchandising, scheduling, and omnichannel initiatives

Requirements:

- Two or more years managing or supervising retail teams
- Solid organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
- Fashion knowledge, style sense, and awareness of trends
- High school diploma and POS, ERP, ATS, Office proficiency
