About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assess the current state of small businesses, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop tailored growth strategies, including market entry, product development, and sales expansion plans.
- Provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and access to funding.
- Assist in improving operational efficiency, process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Support businesses in developing effective marketing and customer relationship management strategies.




- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for business owners and their staff.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis relevant to the SME sector.
- Manage client relationships and ensure the successful implementation of recommended strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, business advisory, or a similar role, with a focus on SMEs.
- Proven ability to develop business plans, financial projections, and strategic roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of small business operations and common challenges.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with businesses in the Northern Cape province is highly desirable.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
