Under the Regional Director of Operations, the Regional Manager oversees management tasks supporting quality service delivery. The work involves client communication, site inspections, employee coordination, schedules, budgets, and safety standards. The position serves facilities across Calgary, Alberta, and Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily regional cleaning operations
- Conduct structured site visits and review evaluations
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate service requests
- Train employees and monitor performance
- Maintain schedules, inventory, equipment, and labor budgets
Requirements:
- Three or more years managing service-related operations
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and emergencies
- Robust communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
