Manage tools, materials, and computerized inventory for Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd. in Airdrie, Alberta, with strong organizational skills. This Monday-to-Friday position includes 40+ hours weekly, frequent lifting, and potential site deliveries.

As an Inventory and Tool Controller, you will oversee branch tool control, shipping and receiving, inventory tracking, and room organization. You will also assist with implementing a company-wide inventory system and complete yearly counts and audits. The position supports electrical and instrumentation services throughout Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee tool checkouts and sign-ins for the Airdrie branch
- Control shipping and receiving of materials
- Update and track computerized inventory records daily
- Return, track,



and log RMA materials
- Maintain a clean, organized inventory room

Requirements:

- Experience in tool cribs, parts departments, warehouses, or inventory management
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office programs
- Valid Class 5 non-GDL licence and clean driver’s abstract
- Standard First Aid, CSTS 2020, and Driving & Journey Management certificates
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
