Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools (NLPS) is seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to support the Finance Team in a continuing full-time capacity. Under the Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, the role covers multiple duties within the Finance Department with tasks assigned per department needs.

Assignment may include duties under Purchasing as assigned. Position is a Continuing Full time (1.0 FTE) 12-Month CUPE Local 606, with typical hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, based at the District Administration Centre
