Your responsabilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies across Quebec and Canada.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature.
- Understand prospects' business needs and recommend tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with our technical and functional teams to organize product demonstrations and prepare proposals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in our CRM and consistently work toward sales targets.
- Build relationships with business partners and represent Arche TI at industry events and networking opportunities.

Job position:

- Montreal-based office.
- Hybrid work environment, with remote work flexibility following onboarding.

with excellent communication skills is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology or software.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and complex sales cycle management skills.
- Ability to understand business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage opportunities and track performance.
- Experience with Odoo or another ERP system is an asset.
