Silver Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef for the Valhalla Hotel & Conference Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario. You will support the Executive Chef, train new staff, and help lead daily kitchen operations across restaurant and banquet service.

Ideal candidates have culinary training, a current Food Secure Certification, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment. Weekend/evening shifts are required.
