As Maintenance Manager, you oversee residence upkeep, equipment, furnishings, and surrounding areas. You coordinate vendors, supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, and support Health & Safety initiatives. The position also requires organization, customer service, and building systems knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement preventative maintenance for systems and facilities
- Respond promptly to resident-area and common-space repair needs
- Service fixtures, prepare units, and coordinate vendor work




- Source external providers and manage compliant procurement
- Lead staff and participate in Manager on Duty rotation

Requirements:

- One to three years’ experience in a supervisor role
- Extensive building maintenance and systems experience
- Hands-on repair and vendor coordination ability
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Versatile for on-call and varied hours
