As part of a legal team that works closely with operations, you will handle a wide range of day‑to‑day matters, including negotiating commercial contracts, managing claims, handling contractual disputes, and providing legal support for major construction projects. You will advise teams on risk management, participate in dispute resolution, and help identify and prevent legal issues at an early stage.
The ideal candidate
You are a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar and have two to four years of relevant experience. Interest in construction law, contracts, and commercial matters, combined with your autonomy, attention to detail, and practical approach, will help you stand out. Being bilingual and having knowledge of environmental law and construction law are assets.
