Reporting to the Service Manager, this technician performs vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for dealership customers. The work requires mechanical aptitude, repair-order interpretation, organized documentation, and effective customer communication. Quality workmanship, timely updates, and warranty compliance support service-department success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders
- Road test vehicles before and after servicing
- Document services and repairs thoroughly in work orders
- Notify advisors about additional repairs, parts, or labor




- Follow manufacturer warranty procedures and dealership policies

Requirements:

- Previous automotive repair and diagnostic experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and vehicle systems understanding
- Ability to interpret technical bulletins and documentation
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean record
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
