Prairie Rose EMC is a Bible-based, intergenerational church of approximately 200 people. For more than a century, we have sought to understand and live in accordance with God's written word, to strengthen believers and help them become devoted followers of Christ, and to serve the community of Landmark.

We are seeking a spiritually mature and relational Senior Pastor who will provide biblical, pastoral, and visionary leadership. The successful candidate will be a gifted preacher and teacher, a compassionate shepherd, and a cooperative leader who equips others for ministry.

Core Priorities

- Expository preaching, and the teaching of Scripture with clarity and practical application.
- Lead the congregation in worship, prayer, and spiritual growth.
- Provide pastoral care during illness, crisis, grief, and important life events.
- Promote unity, exercise church discipline,



and address conflict with wisdom and grace.
- Strengthen discipleship, evangelism, and community outreach.
- Support ministry among children, youth, families, newcomers, and seniors.
- Develop volunteers, mentors, and emerging leaders.
- Offer thoughtful vision while respecting the church's biblical convictions.

The pastor will work alongside our youth pastor, ministerial team, deacons, and volunteers. Facilities, finances, and routine administration will be shared with other leaders.

Candidates should affirm Prairie Rose's Statement of Faith, possess appropriate theological training and ministry experience, and be ordained - or willing to pursue ordination - with the Evangelical Mennonite Conference.
