Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a Health Care Social Worker for the Western Zone, Yarmouth Regional Hospital, to deliver psychosocial assessments, counselling, resource guidance, and discharge planning within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an MSW, Nova Scotia College of Social Workers & Canadian Association of Social Workers registration, and at least two years of clinical social work experience, with oncology and end-of-life expertise preferred.
