Practise emergency nursing at Bonnyville Health Centre while developing assessment skills through Covenant Health’s Transition Graduate Nurse Program. Work full time with clinical guidance.

This Registered Nurse GNT position supports Graduate Nurses and eligible registered professionals entering independent practice. You will provide comprehensive care, conduct holistic assessments, develop care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary services, and contribute to health system improvement. The program supports practice across the lifespan and requires protected, evidence-informed, ethical nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan
- Conduct holistic assessments and identify patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans




- Coordinate interdisciplinary care in emergency services
- Work collaboratively with an assigned Clinical Guide

Requirements:

- Graduation from an accredited nursing education program
- Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
- Graduation within twelve months before program start
- Strong assessment, communication, organization, and time management skills
