As Manufacturing Team Lead, you will support daily production floor activities and report to the evening shift Production Supervisor. You will work with the Area Team Lead to meet production goals, maintain standards, and resolve routine issues. The position suits candidates with manufacturing experience, communication skills, and team training experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide assigned teams through daily production tasks and goals
- Reinforce secure procedures and report safety concerns
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems




- Train team members and new employees on the job
- Record production updates covering progress, quality, and issues

Requirements:

- Three or more years in production or manufacturing
- One year working in BGE Manufacturing
- Experience supporting or training coworkers
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and time management
- Basic computer skills, data entry, barcode scanning, and email
