The Assistant Manager works with the Manager to supervise shifts and daily operations at The McMurray Group’s A&W; Restaurants. You will support guest experience, financial performance, team development, food safety, and operational standards. The position requires restaurant management experience and English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
- Balance food quality, service speed, satisfaction, and costs
- Schedule staff and oversee shift deployment
- Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and food-handling practices
- Support operations during the Manager’s absence
Requirements:
- Five years’ restaurant management experience within ten years
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
