Our client seeks an experienced, creative Learning Design Consultant for a global learning and talent development team. You will create learning experiences aligned with business strategies, brand standards, and user experience practices. The work spans scoping, storyboarding, digital development, and revisions informed by subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead instructional design and development from scoping through revisions
- Conduct needs analysis and create detailed learning storyboards
- Build interactive digital modules for contact and distribution centers




- Create motion graphics, videos, and visual learning assets
- Maintain portfolios and refine learning user experiences

Requirements:

- Experience in instructional design and learning solution development
- Creative approach to digital learning and multimedia production
- Experience using Synthesia, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva
- Ability to incorporate subject matter expert feedback
- Understanding of user experience and brand standards
