As a Financial Services Advisor II, you will understand members’ goals and provide sound advice. You will offer financial products within scope, including mutual funds and complex consumer lending. The role also involves relationship development, referrals, documentation, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify financial goals and provide introductory financial planning
- Offer accounts, investments, lending, cards, and banking solutions
- Conduct outreach educating members about products and services
- Refer members to appropriate experts and follow up
- Maintain accurate documentation and support retail operations
Requirements:
- Three or more years of financial industry experience
- Customer care or customer service experience
- IFIC licensing and mutual funds sales experience
- Experience underwriting loans; approval experience is an asset
- Personal Financial Services Associate or Certified Financial Planner designation is an asset
