Load outbound freight for Walmart stores in Mississauga using secure scanning, conveyor management, and trailer loading practices. This is a union represented position.

As a Distribution Centre Team Associate, you will manage freight movement through Walmart’s Shipping department. The work includes handling conveyable and non-conveyable merchandise, using 5090 shipping lane computers and TC70s with the MM program. You will follow shipping procedures, maintain product flow, and support fellow associates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scan and load conveyable and non-conveyable freight safely
- Maintain constant product flow and minimize recirculation
- Clear jams and follow trailer release procedures
- Adhere to all Shipping policies and procedures
- Maintain housekeeping standards and support fellow associates

Requirements:

- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly for 10 hours
- Use 5090 shipping lane computers proficiently
- Use TC70s with the MM program daily
- Wear steel-toed safety shoes or boots
- Be 18 years or older
