Senior Full-Cycle Bookkeeper in Toronto, Ontario, supporting multiple Canadian businesses through reconciliations, QuickBooks Online, and accurate financial records. The work arrangement is hybrid.

The Rothenbury Group seeks an experienced senior individual contributor for full-time bookkeeping across companies and legal entities. You will manage GST/HST, payroll entries, intercompany activity, month-end support, financial reporting, and year-end preparation. The position requires Canadian bookkeeping experience and strong accounting judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accounting records across multiple companies and legal entities
- Complete monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations
- Reconcile GST/HST, payroll, AP, and AR balances
- Prepare journal entries, schedules,



and internal financial reports
- Investigate discrepancies and correct unsupported or unusual balances

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Previous Canadian bookkeeping experience and accounting knowledge
- Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Solid Excel or Google Sheets capability
- Ability to work full-time from the Vaughan office
