Coordinate radio advertising campaigns for Rogers Sports & Media in Vancouver, using WideOrbit Traffic and exceptional data accuracy. This is an onsite, full-time contract.

As a Radio Traffic Coordinator, you will support Revenue Operations by ensuring advertisements are scheduled and delivered as ordered. The six-month contract requires administrative strength, analytical thinking, and careful coordination across AdOps, Sales, Creative, Programming, and Finance. You will manage multiple stations, priorities, and deadlines while working collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and revise broadcast orders in WideOrbit Traffic
- Schedule, edit, and publish daily commercial logs
- Reconcile and troubleshoot aired commercial logs




- Monitor weekly inventory to maximize inventory and revenue
- Create and revise programming formats as needed

Requirements:

- Solid administrative experience and exceptional data entry accuracy
- Organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- WideOrbit Traffic or broadcast software knowledge is ideal
