Lead personalized guest service at the Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island while supporting Front Office operations and hospitality standards. Work within a Relais & Châteaux property recognized by Forbes, Michelin Key, AAA Four Diamond, and Travel & Leisure.

As Front Office Supervisor, you will assist the Front Office Manager and guide team members toward exceptional guest experiences. The position combines guest concern resolution, Human Resources participation, operational organization, and administrative support. You will help maintain service, departmental standards, and learning across the Front Office Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure personalized guest service meets recognized hospitality standards
- Support the Front Office Manager and supervise team members
- Respond to guest concerns and immediate assistance requests




- Improve systems controlling Front Office departmental flow
- Maintain cleanliness, storage areas, and administrative operations

Requirements:

- Minimum two years Front Office management or supervisory experience
- High-end full-service facility experience
- Excellent guest service, communication, and Human Resources skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, financial statements, and cost management
- Working knowledge of Maestro, PMS, Microsoft Word, Squirrel, File Maker Pro, and Excel
