Support high-volume recruitment for Interior Health as a full-time Recruitment Assistant with applicant tracking systems and solid organisational skills. Work location remains flexible across the Interior Health region.

This term-specific position supports external recruitment through technical, confidential, and administrative assistance. You will manage job postings, candidate communications, applicant data, and recruitment materials. The role also provides guidance to hiring managers and employees on offer letters, postings, and policy issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer routine inquiries from internal and external contacts
- Prepare offer letters, agreements, spreadsheets, and recruitment reports
- Manage references, verifications, and Criminal Record Checks
- Support internal postings, tracking,



projects, and recruitment events
- Coordinate sourcing initiatives through postings, databases, and email marketing

Requirements:

- Previous recruitment or human resources support experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and interpersonal skills
