Castillo HR Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees, managers, and clients. The position covers recruitment, performance management, compensation, labor relations, and employment-related issues. You will help align HR policies and practices with company mission, values, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support employees and managers with employee relations matters
- Manage recruitment sourcing, screening, and initial phone interviews
- Assist with incidents, discipline, terminations, and documentation




- Investigate complaints and prepare findings with recommendations
- Provide training, coaching, feedback, and timely HR responses

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Previous experience working in a unionized setting
- Knowledge of BC employment and human rights legislation
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
