Valuable Samaritan seeks a permanent full-time Team Coordinator for its Shared Living and Supportive Independent Living models. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will provide direct care, coordinate home operations, and support employees. The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 1500-2300.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide physical, emotional, and behavioral support
- Coordinate daily home operations and resources
- Lead behavioral management processes and documentation
- Coordinate schedules, timesheets, and employee training
- Facilitate annual service planning meetings

Requirements:

- Rehabilitation Practitioner Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Two years front line developmental disabilities experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Food Safe certification
- Current clear Criminal Records Check
