You will create reusable, parameterized scripts and validate telephony behavior across IVR and contact centre platforms. Genesys Cloud CX experience is preferred for routing and handoffs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design automated IVR test cases in Cyara Velocity
- Validate prompts, DTMF, speech recognition, and call routing
- Build regression suites and prepare test data
- Analyze results and troubleshoot failed automation runs
