Use QuickBooks and general accounting expertise as a Senior Accounting Technician supporting full bookkeeping and financial reporting activities. Experience with Acomba or NetSuite is valuable.
This experienced Accounting Technician role requires at least 10 years of accounting experience. You will manage payables, receivables, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation while supporting accurate accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full bookkeeping for accounts payable and receivable
- Complete bank and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and financial statements
- Monitor GST/QST and DAS government remittances
- Support year-end files for external auditors
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
- DEC or AEC in Accounting, or equivalent experience
- Excellent proficiency with QuickBooks
- Positive knowledge of Acomba and NetSuite
- Rigorous, autonomous, organized, and bilingualism an asset
