This Payroll Lead oversees full-cycle payroll across multiple Canadian entities. The role requires advanced ADP Workforce Now experience, regulatory knowledge, reporting, reconciliations, and year-end expertise. It supports accurate processing, statutory compliance, and collaboration across HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete payroll cycles for multiple Canadian entities
- Audit payroll preparation, processing, and reconciliation reports
- Process salaries, bonuses, and compensation adjustments
- Submit statutory filings, remittances, ROEs, and EHT
- Complete T4s, T4As, year-end balancing, and reconciliations

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of progressive Canadian payroll experience
- Advanced hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience
- Understanding of Canadian payroll regulations and deductions
- Experience with payroll audits and regulatory inquiries
- Accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and communication skills
