Represent SaskTel face to face in Swift Current, using customer communication and sales skills to recommend telecommunications products and services. This permanent part time position is on site.
As a Service Representative, you will support residential and business customers in SaskTel Stores. You will determine needs, recommend solutions, finalize sales, and complete procedures supporting positive customer experiences. The work includes product knowledge, customer issue resolution, payments, and account accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote products and services to meet sales targets
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Set up devices and accessories, reviewing customer contracts
- Resolve inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Handle payments, reconcile monies, and prepare bank deposits
Requirements:
- Typically two years of experience in a sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of SaskTel products and services
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and complete prescribed training
