Welcome guests at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise through professional service, luggage delivery, and personalized room orientations in Banff National Park. This permanent role offers $24.88 per hour.

As a Bellperson with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, you will greet arriving guests and represent the property and brand in the lobby. You will deliver luggage, messages, and guest items while maintaining knowledge of hotel emergency procedures. The position also includes valet parking duties and addressing guest concerns with the Manager on Duty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests personally upon arrival with a smile
- Deliver luggage, messages, and other property items promptly
- Provide professional room orientations in a friendly manner




- Maintain a welcoming lobby presence for guests
- Escalate guest concerns to the Manager on Duty

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Class 4 driver's license or equivalent
- Current driver's abstract without reliable demerit points
- Physical capability to meet position demands
- CPR and First Aid certification considered an asset
- Availability for holidays, weekends, overnights, and non-day shifts
