The Assistant Manager works with the Manager to oversee daily operations and shifts. You will support guest experience, financial performance, team development, food safety, and regulatory compliance. The position requires five years of restaurant management experience within the previous 10 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
- Balance food quality, service speed, satisfaction, and costs
- Schedule staff and oversee shift deployment
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support hourly staff
- Address guest concerns and monitor satisfaction improvements
Requirements:
- Five years of restaurant management experience within ten years
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Restaurant operations, POS, Windows 11, and MS365 proficiency
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
