Operate a 10,000-pound counterbalance forklift at IPEX’s Attwell Distribution Centre in Etobicoke, supporting protected, accurate order handling. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
As a full-time, permanent Yard Worker, you will pick, stage, verify, and load customer orders. The work combines forklift operation, RF scanning, trailer loading, and inventory transactions. You will help meet delivery requirements while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and 5S standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pick, stage, verify, and prepare customer orders
- Load and unload flatbed and dry van trailers
- Process inventory transactions using RF scanners
- Report hazards and maintain an organized yard
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous counterbalance forklift operating experience
- Ability to move large, bulky products safely
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Valid forklift certification preferred
