As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Outside Sales Team and National Sales Director. Your work spans wine releases, sales collateral, portal updates, shipments, inventory monitoring, and brand consistency. The position offers significant independence while supporting sales and brand launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create release graphics, tech sheets, sell sheets, and wine profiles
- Upload tasting notes, bottle shots, and banners across designated portals
- Coordinate printers and maintain brand standards across materials
- Manage purchase orders, shipments, samples, and inventory records




- Support events, account forms, meetings, packages, and awards

Requirements:

- Marketing degree, diploma, or relevant education and experience
- Minimum two years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace knowledge
- Strong communication, organization, independence, and attention to detail
