You will develop employment opportunities, assess needs, create service plans, provide instruction and advocacy, and collaborate with local providers and employers to arrange placements.

The role requires a College Diploma in Human/Social Services or Business, with a Career Practitioner/Job Development certificate an asset, plus at least 1 year of related experience.
