You will support residents with daily care, read Care Plans, observe changes, and report concerns. The position includes moving and handling, dressing, hygiene support, confidentiality, and mandatory training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with their daily care needs
- Support moving, handling, dressing, and hygiene needs
- Read and act on individual Care Plans
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Report hazards and unsafe equipment to senior staff

Requirements:

- Caring nature, kindness, reliability, and valuable work attitude
- Willingness to learn and complete full training
- Previous care experience is desirable
- Passion for caring for elderly people
- NVQ2, SVQ2, or QCF Level 2 is desirable
